The Z Private Villa with Pool

Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open area consisting of the living room with a large corner sofa, a fireplace, a 55” satellite HDTV, an indoor dining area, a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances including a wine cooler and a WC. The living room area opens directly to the outdoor terrace and the pool area.

As going through a corridor on the ground floor, there is a hall where a WC is found. This floor also hosts a bedroom with a double bed, a 32” satellite HDTV, a closet and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The bedroom also has access to the outdoor area.

Reaching the first floor through a staircase, there is a hall where a bathroom with shower is located. Then there are 2 bedrooms on the first floor both with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The staircase leads further up to the loft where two bedrooms both with 2 single beds are located.

Z Villa provides exceptional quality of sleep in two tasteful bedrooms. On the upper floor of the villa there are 2 spacious rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a sofa bed. Τhe bedrooms will host the sweetest dreams, offering unique moments of relaxation and invigoration. Anatomic air & soft foam mattresses, unique quality pillows, 40″ UHD TVs compose the perfect sleeping experience for guests.

Enjoy the outdoor areas of the villa by sunbathing and taking a dip in your private pool. You can also have fun with a barbecue party in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen and enjoy your dinner at the large and comfortable outdoor table.
